Commissioned by Manchester International Festival to produce and create a two-day music event for 15-19 year olds. We saw over 1000 people attend over a 2-day period.
Alongside the gig, I co-ordinated and ran a series of fringe art workshops and exhibitions in different venues around Manchester. Sarah Maple took over a shop window at the House Of Fraiser, with a performance titled “I’m An Edgy Contemporary Artist”.
Organised a talks series with photographer Gavin Watson and musician Tim Burgess, who spoke about getting into the creative industries. I also edited a zine with contributions from performers at the festival.
